Challenge

Where we started

A dental clinic day-to-day work consists of many separate flows — patient records with personal data and medical history, logging appointments and performed procedures, patient billing and invoices, a warehouse of materials and products, and tracking of doctors work and salaries. When these flows live in different programs, spreadsheets and on paper, data is duplicated, oversight is lost and the administrative burden grows. A single internal system was needed that links the patient, their treatment history, billing and used materials, and at the same time gives management an accurate view of the clinic work and doctor compensation — with strict access rights control and an audit log of all actions.

Solution

What we built

MBC built a custom dental clinic management system — a Laravel API with a React single-page interface. The system covers the whole internal clinic cycle: from patient records and medical history to appointments, billing, warehouse and staff reports, with detailed role access rights and a full activity log.

  • Step-by-step appointment wizard for logging performed procedures (4 steps)
  • Multi-level procedure and service catalog with prices and VAT
  • Patient payments and recurring invoices with PDF generation and VAT calculation

  • Staff time tracking with timers and doctor salary reports
