Why you need it

An un-updated site is a hacked site. WordPress and plugins are updated for security, not for looks.

You need a backup exactly when you are not thinking about it. We check that backups are being made and restore the site when it is needed.

When something breaks you need a person, not a ticket system. We reply within 24 h, usually sooner.

How we bill the work

We bill for the work done — €40 an hour, with a one-hour minimum. Before starting we tell you how many hours we expect, and for larger jobs we prepare an estimate. There is no monthly fee: a month with no work means no invoice.

Write or call — we reply within 24 hours, usually sooner, and start by finding the cause. Urgent cases go first.
Can you maintain a site someone else built?
Yes. We start with a free check, then tell you whether we can take it on.
Are hosting and the domain included?
No, they are paid separately — the domain is roughly €15 per year. If you need it, we help set them up and look after them, billed at the same hourly rate.
