Where we started

Seasonal tyre storage is a logistics business with a lot of manual work: each customer tyres must be described and logged, a contract and invoice prepared, payment taken and tracked, and the location of each set in the warehouse followed. When this is done with calls, emails and paper contracts, the process is slow and error-prone — and at seasonal peaks it becomes the bottleneck. A system was needed that organises this whole flow — from customer application to payment, contract and warehouse identification — in one place and performs most of the steps automatically.

What we built

MBC built a complete booking and management system on Laravel: a public application flow for the customer and a React admin panel for staff. The customer applies online, describes each tyre set, signs the application with an e-signature and pays by bank; after payment the system automatically prepares the contract and VAT invoice, sends them by email and sends the customer an SMS with a unique barcode to identify the stored tyres.

• Public step-by-step application: private individual or company, with separate company details (reg. no., VAT no., address)
• Tyre description by set — size, type (summer/winter/all-season), quantity, with or without rims, rim type and damage description
• Damage photo upload for each application
• Application e-signature directly in the browser (signature pad)
• Online payment with MakeCommerce — bank links and cards; payment confirmation with secure MAC signature verification
• Automatic generation of the contract and VAT invoice (with the amount in words in Latvian) in PDF format and delivery to the customer and administrators
• SMS with a unique 12-digit barcode to identify the stored tyres in the warehouse
• React admin panel: application list, calendar, application details, services with discounts, contracts and templates, user roles and settings
