Challenge

Where we started

In a multi-sided delivery service, three user groups meet in one flow — the customer who orders, the courier who delivers, and the merchant whose goods are sold. Each group needs its own app with its own view of the same order, and everything must happen in real time: statuses, offers, conversations and payments. Mobile apps were needed for each side that work on both iOS and Android, communicate with each other in real time and connect request creation with delivery and payment.

Solution

What we built

MBC built Flutter mobile apps for all three sides — the customer, the courier and the merchant. The customer creates a delivery request and tracks its status in real time, the courier sees and accepts jobs, submits offers and communicates in chat, and the merchant manages their catalog and orders. Payments are handled by MakeCommerce, notifications by Firebase. The whole flow is run in the back office by a separate operator system (see the related project).
