Where we started

The previous nsbp.lv was a single static page: a short company description, a few figures about the territory, an image block and contact details. It did not answer the question a prospective tenant arrives with — which units are available right now, what they cost and what exactly they include. Every enquiry therefore began by exchanging basic information over the phone or by email, and the team answered the same questions about floor areas and prices again and again. The page also failed to convey the real scale of the park: a 10 ha territory, 31 production and warehouse buildings and more than a hundred existing tenants.

What we built

MBC built a new nsbp.lv around a catalogue of available units — each one showing its floor area, price per square metre per month, description, key parameters and its own enquiry button. Around that sits the story of the park scale, its position beside the Port of Liepaja and its development direction, in Latvian and English.

• Territory gallery with aerial photography and renovated interiors
• Location section with a map, proximity to the Port of Liepaja and SEZ status
• Sustainability section covering energy efficiency and solar energy projects
• Bilingual version (LV/EN) for international tenants
• Team section with a direct contact for each area of responsibility
