Durbes Grauds

Where we started

Durbes Grauds is an agricultural cooperative with more than 200 farmer members and 22 employees across two branches. Its website had to serve two purposes at once: to act as a public calling card for new farmers and partners, and to deliver daily value to members — a place where they can quickly check grain and rapeseed prices, order seed and fertiliser, and use industry-specific tools. A simple brochure website would not have been enough, because farmers need direct access to pricing and order information rather than calls and emails for every question.

What we built

MBC built a website that brings together the cooperative public presentation, a WooCommerce online store and industry-specific tools in one place. The public pages present the cooperative, its services and products; the online store sells seed, fertiliser and animal feed; and separate pages offer live market prices, a sprayer calculator and weather information.
